There were so many changes made leading up to the trip and she handled each request with grace and kindness- even up to the week before with a cancellation and rebooking! We recently returned home from a two-week dream trip to London and France, and we couldn't have done it without Heather Bowman at Vincent Vacations. Heather was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, assisting with travel arrangements, lodging recommendations, and suggestions for the rest of our itinerary.
One of the things I appreciated most was having someone knowledgeable to bounce ideas off of as we planned. Her expertise and familiarity with the different destinations helped us choose accommodations that felt safe, convenient, and close to transportation and the attractions we wanted to experience.
Heather's guidance made the entire planning process much less stressful (especially as a working mom with two littles at home) and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip. I would highly recommend working with her and look forward to planning our next getaway!

We had a great time, and enjoyed seeing all the port locations, as well as the giant ship. The kids loved all the swimming and activities on the ship. We'd like to specially thank you for the information on the shore excursions. We were pleasantly surprised by how well they were done, and were not expecting two of them to be private tours of the islands. We assumed we'd be on a big tour bus! Cozumel was exceptionally nice, and we could have spent days just snorkeling!

Alisa was fantastic to work with for planning such a big trip! She spent countless hours finding us the perfect cruise after we came to her a bit late in the game (by Alaska planning standards). She answered every question we had and even stayed up late on a Friday night looking for alt flight options due to our flight into Vancouver being delayed. Luckily, we were able to stick with our original flight but it was so nice to know we were in good hands with a planner who truly wanted to make sure our trip went as smoothly as possible. We had such a good experience with Alisa, we've already started working with her to plan another trip!

We had a fabulous time. All of our flights were on time for the most part, having the private drivers was a game changer. The tours were excellent, we loved the evening golf cart tour of Rome. We had a great tour guide. Pisa and Florence were nice. Brent and I agree that Venice was our favorite. The hotel was great with excellent customer service. Oktober fest was awesome and apparently looking at the news the last few days we went at the perfect time. Thank you so much for all of your help. Everything went flawless. You were fabulous and I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends.
***The food was off the hook…I discovered that I prefer tiramisu over gelato…🤣***

My daughter and I took a trip to Europe for her 21st birthday. We started in the UK and went to France, Switzerland and Austria. I take pride in being able to plan my own travel but this was so far out of my wheelhouse, I knew I would need assistance. I called Alisa Clark. It was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. She scheduled everything perfectly. The hotels, the transfers, trains, cars, flights, were all perfectly placed, managed and easily accessible. She listened to all of our needs and wants and made sure we could check all of our boxes and more! Alisa was available for any questions I had at any given time. With the time zone difference, I really tried not to wake her but I did once when Austrian Airlines gave our seats to someone else. Even though I woke her up from a sound sleep, she tried to help! She is an amazing travel agent and our trip was nothing short of amazing! To the person who gave a bad review: I would pay extra to have this service again! But I did not feel that I paid too much for the accommodations and service that I received. I highly recommend Alisa Clark.

The trip was incredible! The entire trip exceeded our expectations, from the golf to the restaurants and the cottages themselves. It was an incredible weekend. Everything was perfectly timed and executed. We loved our centralized location to the golf courses. All of the food was PHENOMENAL. The golf courses were as good as we have ever played across the US. We will definitely be back to Big Cedar in the future!

Three of us decided to take a cruise to Alaska. We visited some travel agencies, got information, and did a little research on our own. We began to ask others to join us on our cruise to Alaska. Someone suggested we ask Alisa Clark to arrange our trip.
Well, our little group grew and grew until we had 19 friends cruising to Alaska, we met with Alisa on numerous occasions. She would ask for our questions ahead of our meetings so that she could research answers for us.
She was very thorough, helpful, and fun. She got so excited about what she had found that she even ended up going on the cruise with us.
Alisa was very patient with all our questions by phone, text, email and at our meetings.
She worked tirelessly to make our trip so much fun. Our trip was well planned out and several special needs were arranged by her. I mean she took care of everything!

My husband and I have used Alisa Clark to book a cruise to the Caribbean and a vacation to New York. The cruise was for our wedding anniversary and she did awesome! All we had to do is show up! She literally did everything for us. She has also done everything for us in planning our activities and restaurants for the New York trip. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy! She does a wonderful job of suggesting the best places to eat and the best activities to do, along with the sights you should see. Somehow, I was able to lead the trip with my adult daughter while still feeling like the “passenger princess” the whole time. 😂 We were originally booked at a different resort, but as reviews and changes started coming out, Heather proactively researched alternatives and presented us with her top four recommendations. We chose Secrets Mirabel, and it was absolutely the right decision. Our room was incredible—the location, the view, the layout… it truly felt like every detail had been perfectly curated. Our multigenerational family trip to Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen was absolutely amazing from start to finish!
The resort itself is beautiful, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone was so kind and welcoming; our young adults even made friends with the event staff, which made the trip extra special for all of us. It felt like we were more than just guests.
We upgraded to the Preferred Club, and it was 100% worth it. The added amenities and service really elevated our stay. The food was incredible; honestly a 10/10! I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so much guacamole in my life… I had it at nearly every meal, even breakfast!
While the drinks weren’t our favorite, everything else far exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we made memories we’ll never forget.
Thank you for helping us plan such a special trip for our family; we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!
