Begin with a drive to a ranch on the edge of the city. Here, befriend your new companion as you get familiar with camel riding. Camels have evolved over centuries into adept performers in challenging environments. Aboard your “Ship of the Desert,” allow your guide to lead you through the sweet-smelling eucalyptus forest that marks the edge of the king’s palace, home of the Moroccan monarch, Mohammed VI.
