Description:

Take in the stunning views of Whitehaven's picture-perfect, unspoiled white sands from the seat of a vintage Tiger Moth biplane. The charming beaches and coral reefs are best viewed from above, so soar through the skies and gaze out over the jewel-like islands and crystal-clear waters below.

A dedicated crew greets you and briefs you on the safety and inner workings of your restored, vintage DH-82A Tiger Moth plane. Then don your retro goggles and helmet and prepare for an exciting journey through the skies.

Flying out from Shute Harbour, head past Daydream and South Molle islands to Gulnare Inlet. Flying over Whitsunday Island, take in the spectacular shifting sands of Hill Inlet. From here, start your descent for a flyover of the simply breathtaking silica sands of Whitehaven Beach.

Climbing back to 1,500 feet (457 m), it's on to Hamilton and Long islands to track the rocky coastline. Fly over the Conway National Park and Airlie Beach Township before your return to Shute Harbour and landing at the airport.
