Enjoy a fantastic introduction to making delicious desserts under the guidance of an experienced chef. In small groups, learn the skills needed to create mouthwatering pastries, tarts, and soufflés, and take away superb techniques and recipes to recreate them at home.

On arrival at the purpose-built cooking facility in Bondi Junction, start off with some light refreshments while you receive a short orientation and safety briefing. Your talented dessert chef then demonstrates the dishes on the day's menu and answers any questions you may have.

Then, break into small groups and prepare some of the fabulous sweets. Create 5 delectable desserts, including an apple and pear galette, a raspberry soufflé, a chocolate tart with raspberries and fresh cream, panna cotta with strawberry coulis, and pears poached in dessert wine

Learn shortcuts used by professional cooks in order to produce great results quickly. The best part of the class is at the end, when you sit down as a group to savor the fruits of your labor.

Following the class, you receive an email containing all of the recipes plus notes on techniques so you can show your culinary prowess back home.
