The Kuranda Koala Gardens are home to some of Australia's wildest creatures. Test your bravery as you step into a walk-through snake house to meet pythons and even poisonous reptiles within.

The park is also home to kangaroos, wallabies, and sleepy wombats. The star of the show is the endearing koala bear. This is one of the few places in Australia where you can enjoy a cuddle with these lovable creatures (cuddle and photo opportunities are an additional cost).

After some time in the gardens, receive your ticket to the adjoining Birdworld. Meet endangered cassowaries, bright macaws, native galahs, and cockatoos as they fly around their lush aviary.
