Description:

Get a feel for life in the Everglades and explore the terrain by boat, kayak, and on foot. Get up close to wildlife and have a chance to see manatees, alligators, bald eagles, and more.

Board the transport boat along with your kayak and get whisked away deep into Everglades National Park. Once you find the perfect spot, climb into your kayak and get up close to the flora and fauna.

Paddle up to a barrier island beach, then trek in your kayak through the tidal zones and mangrove swamps to explore the many invertebrate species that live in the shallow waters. When you return to the kayak, paddle downstream to your starting location. Keep your eyes open for some of the various wildlife that call the Everglades home, including otters, alligators, turtles, hawks, and the occasional slow-moving manatee enjoying the warmer waters.
