Meet your guide at the famous Güllüoğlu Baklava shop in Karaköy and walk the neighborhood as you hear about the history of this place, one of the oldest districts of Istanbul. Karaköy is also famous for its authentic eateries. Sit down for a traditional breakfast at Özsüt before boarding the ferry to Kadıköy.

Explore the lively cosmopolitan district of Kadıköy as your guide explains its background as an ancient and Byzantine Chalcedon. This is where the Ecumenical Council met in the 5th century A.D. to bring the ecclesiastical chaos to an end.
