Description:

Come experience Kauai's enchanting Hanalei River while practicing yoga on a stand-up paddle board. Classes are 1.5 hours and include everything you need to enjoy the experience of a lifetime, including digital images of your session.

Your session starts with stretches and poses on land before a review of the equipment and basic water safety. Once in the water, paddle upstream the Hanalei River and admire the majestic mountains and lush greenery hugging the river's edge.

Your course is fun, challenging, and take a breaking because of the environment. All stand-up paddle board yoga classes provide boards, anchors, and water. Your class is taught by a certified Yoga Alliance instructor who has trained at Yoga Hanalei under the renowned Bhavani Maki.
