Begin your journey in the historic district of Alfama, with its narrow and winding streets that lead to the impressive Sao Jorge Castle, constructed by the Moors. Continue to the shores of Belem, home to Lisbon’s seafaring past. The picturesque Tower of Belem provides stunning views of the city and the river.

Pick up some Belem pastries before continuing along the seafront to the modern district of Expo. The impressive Vasco do Gama Bridge fills the horizon, and the modern Gare do Oriente Station stands as a testament to the revitalization brought about by the World Expo in 1998.
