Description:

Discover the charming scenery of Northern England, the Yorkshire Dales, and the Lake District. This 5-day tour drives you through charming country roads, historic villages, and the stunning scenery of some of the finest national parks in England.

Day 1 - Berwick-upon-Tweed and Alnwick
Catch a glimpse of the East Lothian coastline as you travel toward the walled-border town of Berwick-Upon-Tweed. Continue to Alnwick Castle, home of the Earls and Dukes of Northumberland since 1309.

Day 2 - York, Whitby, and Robin Hood’s Bay
Discover the medieval city of York as you wander through cobbled streets. Next is the fishing port of Whitby, where the “Dracula” novel was written by Bram Stoker. The legendary Robin Hood’s Bay is your final stop.

Day 3 - Yorkshire Dales and Keswick
Enjoy a day full of nature and local culture. Visit the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park, the brewing town of Masham, and the cheese-making town of Hawes where you can taste local delicacies.

Day 4 - Windermere Lake
Start your day with a visit to the mysterious Castlerigg standing stones. Continue on to the breathtaking scenery of the Lake District, where you can take a cruise on the lake or sit back and take in the charming surroundings.

Day 5 - Hadrian’s Wall and Scott’s View
Hadrian’s Wall—built by the Roman Empire—provides plenty of opportunities for the perfect picture. The final stop in this adventure is the famous Scott’s View, which overlooks the River Tweed, before returning to Edinburgh.
