On a day trip through charming Provence, explore medieval towns such as Les Baux-de-Provence, Roman remains in Uzès, Nîmes, and the Pont du Gard. Make your way to the rolling hills covered with olive groves and vineyards to sample olive oil and wine at local estates.

Your journey starts in the breathtaking hilltop village of Les Baux-de-Provence. This medieval town is perched on a rocky plateau and is dominated by the ruins of an ancient castle. Stroll through the cobblestone streets of the citadel lined with charming cafés, small boutiques, and art galleries.

Next, make your way through some of the most charming landscapes in Provence where olive oil, cracked olives, and black olives are produced. Visit a traditional mill and taste its olive oil before sipping renowned local wine at a vineyard. In Nîmes explore the stunning amphitheater with an audio-guide and see the remarkable Square House, one of the best preserved Roman temples.

Continue through the charming garrigues countryside and reach the charming medieval town of Uzès. See the picturesque Place aux Herbes, the episcopal palace, the ducal palace, as well as the remarkable Fenestrelle Tower and the cathedral. Head to the UNESCO-listed Pont du Gard and marvel at this amazing Roman aqueduct built in the first century to supply water to Nîmes.
