After being picked up from your San Francisco city hotel or residence, make your way to what’s arguably California’s most famous wine region—Napa Valley. Your first tasting is at Spelletich Family Winery, where you can learn about the wine production process on their 16,000-square-foot (1,486-m) facility. Sip, swirl, and taste their outstanding wines in their new sleek and modern tasting room.
Now that you have some insight in the winemaking process, awaken your senses at Judd’s Hill Winery at the southern end of the Silverado Trail. Tantalize your taste buds with a range of NorCal varietals like rosé, sauvignon blanc, zinfandel, and cabernet sauvignon.
Your next stop is in downtown Napa, at the Oxbow Public Market. Wander through this lively marketplace and enjoy some free time to grab lunch at the local produce vendors, artisan cafés and organic eateries.
