Description:

Experience a wine-lover's dream at the Caribbean's first 5-star restaurant, the Graycliff. Enjoy a specially prepared 4-course meal paired with wines chosen by the onsite master sommelier.

Upon entering the Graycliff property you’re greeted with a welcoming glass of champagne. Follow the sommelier as they take you on a tour of the hotel and the highly acclaimed wine cellar.

Wander through rows of the cellar that houses more than 250,000 bottles of wine from 400 vintners around the world. Enrico Garzaoli started the collection decades ago and has raised it to be among the largest private collections in the world as well as the second largest in the Western Hemisphere.

After your tour you’re seated in the restaurant’s dining room. The menu changes with the seasons, so you’ll be delightfully surprised with the chef’s Caribbean-inspired dishes that start with an appetizer followed by a soup or salad, main course, and finally, a desert.

As each dish is delivered, you’re presented a hand-picked wine pairing to heighten the flavors of each selection.
