Description:

Take a glass-bottom boat ride to the charming Salanganes Islands for a full day of take a breakation and explorey. Find swiftlet nests—the source of an edible Asian delicacy—and the bamboo ladders used to find them, snorkel in the clear blue water, and delight in a delicious seafood lunch by the beach.

Begin your day with a transfer to the nearby port where your glass-bottom boat to Salangane Island awaits you. On your way to the island, admire the marine life and stunning coral reefs from the boat. Upon arrival, visit the Salanganes Cave, home to the exotic swiftlets and their edible nests. These nests, a delicacy made from solidified saliva, are reached by bamboo ladder and exported throughout Asia.
