The USS Arizona Memorial stands as a sobering tribute to the lives lost during the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor, the event that ushered the United States into World War II. Visit the site and then tour the Battleship Missouri—Mighty Mo—to stand on the deck where the war came to its official end.
Arrive at Pearl Harbor and pick up your audio-guide. Explore the park and Visitor Center as you listen to informative commentary from Pearl Harbor survivors and National Park Service historians about the events of December 7, 1941 and the ensuing warfare in the Pacific Theater. The 2.5-hour audio tour includes segments on Pearl Harbor's museums and displays, the Tree of Life, the Remembrance Circle, the USS Arizona bell and anchor, and the USS Arizona Memorial.
When you've finished exploring the monuments and displays at the Visitor Center, board the shuttle bus to the Battleship Missouri Memorial. A quick 15-minute drive through the working Navy facility brings you to the gangplank of this impressive and storied vessel. Tour the ship's labyrinthine interior with a knowledgeable guide and stand on the Surrender Deck, where the Japanese signed the treaty that formally marked the end of World War II.
After your guided tour, you can continue to explore the Missouri with a pre-recorded Acoustiguide or iPod Touch tour. Explore the massive ship at your own pace as you learn about the daily life of a Navy sailor and the role the Missouri played in the Pacific Theater, the Korean War, and Operation Desert Storm before being decommissioned and donated as a museum ship.

The Missouri Acoustiguide tour takes 45–120 minutes. The iPod Touch tour takes 60–90 minutes. A self-guided tour of the Missouri can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 5 hours.,
The USS Arizona Memorial hours of operation are 7 AM–5 PM.,
Tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial are free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is recommended that you arrive early in the morning if you wish to visit the USS Arizona Memorial.
