Through stunning Pacific Northwest scenery, your private naturalist guide leads you east along the Columbia River Highway to the Columbia Gorge National Scenic Area. There, hike among nearly 100 waterfalls, including the 620-foot high (189-m) Multnomah Falls. Enjoy morning tea and snacks surrounded by the mist of the thundering waterfalls before a lunch break in the town of Hood River.

Cross the Cascade Divide into high-desert country in the afternoon, keeping an eye out for wildlife—including birds, elk, deer, and foxes—that may be roaming the basalt cliffs.
