Description:
Experience a full day cruising along the eastern coast of Rhodes. Swim in the warm, refreshing waters just off famous beaches like Afandou, Tsambika, Anthony Quinn, and Kallithea.
Enjoy pickup from your accommodation in Rhodes and then head to a harbor in Mandraki to begin your boat trip, setting sail to Kallithea Beach. Here you have the opportunity for a swim or a snorkel. Kallithea is famous for its medicinal springs, which were built by the Italians, but now no longer function. It is a truly magnificent place, with palms, pine trees, and charmingly renovated buildings influenced by Arabic architecture.
Then you head toward Afandou Beach, where for 2 hours you enjoy sunbathing and exploring caves. Afandou is located 12 miles (19 km) south of the town of Rhodes. The deep, clear, sparkling waters here are ideal for swimming. Alternatively, you can stay on the boat and enjoy take a breakation.
Your third stop of the day is Tsambika Beach, where you enjoy diving from the boat. Turquoise waters and golden sands create charming scenery, ideal to take a break in and enjoy the sun.
The final swimming stop before your cruise sails back to Mandraki's harbor is in the afternoon at Anthony Quinn Beach, where The Guns of Navarone was filmed. The beach is considered one of the calmest and most charming spots on the island.
