Step back in time at the King’s Landing Historical Settlement, where you can tour a working farm, churn butter in a traditional home, dip candles, and spin wool for a hands-on immersion into the lives of New Brunswickers in the 1800s.

Walk through the gates at King’s Landing, grab your village map, and set to exploring the life and times of New Brunswick through the ages. Admire antiques on display in the faithfully reconstructed period homes, and chat with the villagers—they’ve got lots to share about daily life and major events of the 19th century.

Watch tradesmen at work making nails and shingles, then check out the other hardworking creatures in town—horses help power saws, dogs help churn butter, and oxen help plow the fields.
