Make your way to an indoor photography studio in the Mission District for your class. No prior photography experience is required, and you just need whatever camera you’re using at the moment. If you don’t have one, not to worry—your teacher discusses the different features of various types and models if you’re trying to decide what to buy, whether you’re looking for a simple point-and-shoot camera or a DSLR with all the bells and whistles.
