Description:

Discover tropical wildlife on both land and sea in one adventure. Tandem kayak up the hidden northeast coast, and then take a boat ride to Great Bird Island, where you enjoy snorkeling in the tropical reef and hiking to the top of the island for incredible views of the Caribbean.

Take a seat in your tandem kayak, grabbing a paddle to steer your way through tranquil lagoons and coastal nooks and crannies. As you paddle past some of the uninhabited islands, spot local wildlife along the shores, in the water, and flying overhead.

After kayaking, embark on an exhilarating powerboat ride to Great Bird Island, located in the North Sound Marine Sanctuary. Equip yourself with a mask and snorkel before stepping into the crystal ocean waters to explore the tropical fish and coral below.

Dry off with a hike to the top of the island for a magnificent aerial view of the Caribbean and surrounding islands. On your hike back to the boat, snap a few photos of the tropical birds that reside on the island, showing off their colorful plumage. Once back on the mainland, take advantage of the lounge area, gift shop, and facilities before enjoying the remainder of your day.
