In a flying trapeze workshop, find out if you have what it takes to run away with the circus. From your qualified instructors, learn the basic techniques needed to master spectacular moves on the trapeze bar, including the knee-hang and the show-stopping catch. This is safe, adrenaline-fueled fun.

The trapeze is one of the most remarkable of all the acts in the circus. In this exciting class, try out this impressive skill under the watchful gaze of an instructor. Warm up by stretching out your body; then get fitted for a safety harness and begin practicing the motion of swinging on the practice bar.

On your first flight, get accustomed to the basic move of the knee-hang. After mastering this, move on to the thrilling backflip. Your grand finale is the catch, an exhilarating maneuver in which you transfer from the swinging trapeze to the wrists of your instructor.
