Description:

Follow along with a professional chef as you learn new recipes, hone your cooking skills, and enjoy preparing delicious barbecue seafood dishes. Learn the necessary skills required to create mouthwatering seafood and take away superb techniques to recreate them at home.

Upon arrival at your cooking class, sit down with a bottle of beer as you hear about your course and get to know the group. Listen to some tips and tricks of the kitchen while you put up your apron and get ready to cook your dishes.

Next, follow your experienced instructor and start preparing your dishes, finding new ways to achieve perfection. Your instructor provides you with some buying tips as well, so you can know how to find the freshest possible product. At the end of your class, sit down to feast on your freshly made barbecue seafood.

Sample menu includes:

  • King prawns with coriander and cashew potatoes
  • Squid salad with smoked paprika and citrus salad
  • Korma salmon with a cucumber and snow pea salad with yogurt dressing
