Description:

Explore the Hawkesbury River and the Central Coast with a taste of sailing on Broken Bay. Depart from Hardys Bay and sail for 3 hours with an experienced skipper, enjoy a gourmet cheese platter, and get some great views of the New South Wales coast.

Your voyage begins in Hardys Bay, a sleepy bayside village nestled amid a gorgeous national park and hidden beaches. Hop aboard the Lasal, a 38-foot (11.5-m) luxury yacht, and set out for a fantastic day on the water.

Relax and breathe in the sea air as you explore the delights of Brisbane Water. While you enjoy a gourmet cheese platter, let your personal skipper take the helm and sail through the scenic bays and inlets along the coast, past Half Tide Rocks and the hidden Lobster Beach, and out onto Broken Bay.

Stop at the splendid Iron Ladder for a chance to cool off with a swim in the blue coastal waters. Head out to Lion Island, a protected fairy penguin rookery, before you reach the opening to the Hawkesbury River. There, you have the chance to take control of the yacht as you sail back to Hardys Bay.
