Description:

Enjoy a delicious gastronomic experience at a heavenly location in the Canary Islands. Get involved in the preparation of traditional Spanish sauces, or mojos, and treat your taste buds to the delectable flavors of Tenerife paired with Bodegas Monje's different wines.

Bodegas Monje is located within the El Sauzal Mountains, offering stunning views of the imposing El Teide volcano and the sun-kissed vineyards surrounding it. Upon arrival at the vineyards, you are welcomed by an expert guide who takes you through the winery, explaining wine production from start to finish.

After a look into the process and daily production of the wines, you're ready to join a hands-on workshop with authentic local sauces. With an apron on, you're ready to prepare 4 different types of traditional Canarian sauces, such as coriander or saffron mojos, following some family recipes for an authentic flavor.

Your mojo preparation is enriched with 3 winetastings accompanied with sweet or savory snacks, which could be Canary Island chorizos, watercress butter, or wrinkled potatoes, depending on the season.
