Description:
Experience the outback in a unique way by traversing the desert on the back of a camel. Learn about the area's natural history and Aboriginal culture as you take in the many faces of the spectacular outcroppings of Uluru and Kata Tjuta.
Begin your day with a hotel pickup and travel towards the outback farm, passing by remote plains and dunes. Once you arrive, get acquainted with your experienced guide, meet your attentive camel, and jump on for a 45-minute ride over the red sand dunes against a stunning backdrop with some of Australia's most famous natural scenery.
After the ride, visit the camel museum for a look at the place these mammals hold in Australian history and their importance to the locals. You have the chance to purchase a few mementos to bring home before returning to your hotel.
