Description:

Journey up the coast from Tofino to Hot Springs Cove. After a pleasant walk through ancient rainforests, take an invigorating dip in the natural thermal baths along the shore before your return cruise to civilization.

Make your way 26 nautical miles (48 km) up the Pacific coastline to Maquinna Provincial Park, where natural hot springs have bubbled out into the ocean for thousands of years. Trek along a 1-mile (1.6 km) boardwalk to the mouth of a narrow peninsula, where you can bathe in the warm rock pools. Soak in the therapeutic and mineral-rich waters as you gaze out at the rugged shoreline and the expanse of ocean beyond.

Step out of the pools and spend some time walking along the steps and trails through the rainforest, checking out the waterfalls and wildlife among the old growth trees. When your time at Hot Springs Cove comes to a close, step back aboard the 35-foot (11 m) cruiser for your return ride to Tofino.
