Snowmobile through the crisp morning air in the open backcountry of Callaghan Valley to a cozy, charming cabin for a traditional Canadian breakfast. Hit the trails early and enjoy the thrills of a guided sunrise snowmobile tour, then warm up with an authentic skillet-style mountain feast.
Hop on a 1200cc snowmobile and tear through the snow while the early birds are still chirping awake. Expert guides lead the tour, briefing you on logistics and safety, and answering any questions you may have. Climb 5,000 feet (1,525 m) to a flat landing and let your snowmobile rip and roar across the frozen lake. Wind your way up the mountain and gain confidence in your skills as you progressively tackle more technical routes.
When you're ready to warm up, step into a fire-warmed cabin and relish the aroma of a savory breakfast. Cooked on an old-fashioned wood stove, this hearty mountain feast includes Canadian back bacon, Yukon Gold potatoes, and scrambled eggs with cheddar, onions, and peppers. Top off your meal with fresh buttermilk pancakes and real maple syrup.
