Kylee Graumann has been absolutely amazing at helping me plan my husbands Birthday vacation! I had a few specific things we wanted but are sometimes hard to find and she researched, communicated with resorts etc to find us the perfect fit! I will not vacation again without her assistance. So thankful for someone who listens and works tirelessly to help you.

Kylee Graumann was EXCEPTIONAL in helping my boyfriend and I plan our Alaskan cruise! I’m in a wheelchair and she was able to get all our accommodations for flights, hotels, and the cruise itself no problem. She also was able to help us with travel insurance and worked with us on a flexible payment plan that best fit our budget. We couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent! She thought of everything!

This was my second trip to NYC with Chastity Debro at Vincent Vacations, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful!
My first trip with Chastity was two years ago at Christmas, and it was such a great experience that I knew I wanted her to plan my second trip. This time, with girlfriends! She takes care of everything, from helping with the hotel and flights to giving great suggestions on things to see and do.
This time, she suggested several things I hadn’t done on my first trip, and every one of her suggestions was great! She really knows how to help you make the most of your trip.
Another thing I really appreciate about Chastity is that she is always available. Whether you have a question, run into a travel issue, or just need a suggestion, she is there to help.
I can honestly say that both of my NYC trips have been outstanding, and I would highly recommend Chastity and Vincent Vacations to anyone planning a trip. She makes everything so much easier and takes a lot of the stress out of traveling!

This trip was spot on for us! From the location, staff, food, shows, vibe, environment and just all around experience was awesome! We loved every day of our 7 day vacation! What an incredible 7 days we had in Costa Mujeres Mexico celebrating Chris' birthday that was last month! I can not say enough about our travel agent Kristin Williams Travel, Travel Agent with Vincent Vacations ..she listened and accepted the assignment on finding us the perfect resort we were looking for! Secrets Playa Blanca, Costa Mujeres is absolutely awesome! The resort location, staff, food, shows, atmosphere and overall vibe was exactly what we were looking for! Rest, relax and reset was just what we needed! If you are looking for a travel agent Kristin is it!

Secrets Maroma exceeded our expectations. We were beyond impressed with the amenities, staff, food. So glad Kristin listened to my needs, did not pressure us to make a choice, but gave us options. We decided to pay a little extra to experience the Preferred Club, hands down a perfect choice! With Kristin’s help, planning everything; flight, transportation and resort details.. all we had to do was pack, go and relax. Such a wonderful, romantic, exquisite trip. We can’t wait to book the next one.

I had an amazing experience on this trip! We traveled through England, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Milan, Valencia, and Ibiza, and every destination had something completely different to offer. From the history and culture in England and Berlin to the food and architecture in Prague and Milan, there was always something new to experience.
Valencia and Ibiza were definitely highlights, with beautiful beaches, great food, and an incredible nightlife scene. The trip was extremely well organized by Debbie, and being able to see so many amazing places in one trip made it an experience I’ll never forget. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable European adventure!

She kept us informed of any potential changes or concerns, especially regarding the low water levels on the Rhine and how they might affect our trip. Lara did a phenomenal job helping me an my family plan our 2 1/2 week trip to Spain. Everywhere from flights, hotels, transportation, restaurants, city tours, & fun activities to do. She went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had an amazing experience. She was also always available if we had any questions or concerns regarding our stay. We visited Sevilla, Chipiona, Granada, and Barcelona. Definitely one of the most amazing and stress free trips I’ve ever had. Kacee helped us plan another magnificent family vacation for the second year in a row, and once again, she made the entire experience so easy and seamless!
This year, she planned our incredible trip to Hotel Xcaret Mexico, including our flights, dinner reservations, and park reservations. She was always available to answer every question we had and provided us with so much helpful information throughout the entire planning process. We also handled all of our payments through her, which made everything incredibly convenient.
What I appreciate most is how much she stayed in contact with us along the way. She checked in throughout the planning process, made sure we had everything we needed, and took so much of the stress out of planning a big family vacation.

Johnnie Herring was/is a top tier agent who made our most recent vacation go seamlessly.
We had an amazing experience working with her for our Universal Orlando trip. From the very beginning, everything was organized, well explained, and easy to follow. The trip included multiple moving parts from hotel stays, park tickets, Express Passes, dining reservations, early park access, and special experiences, and everything went smoothly.
The recommendations were spot-on, especially staying at Hard Rock Hotel and planning around the parks in a way that made the trip much less stressful. Having someone knowledgeable help with the details made a huge difference and allowed us to focus on enjoying the vacation with our family.
We had a fantastic time and are very grateful for all the help, planning, and guidance. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a Universal trip or any family vacation.
