So Helpful Before Our Trip! - 10/1/2026

We recently took our family of four to Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, Texas, and Amanda was incredibly helpful in preparing us for the experience. All of the information and documents she gave us ahead of time were accurate and made us feel much more prepared for our visit!
We loved that Minions Land and SpongeBob Land were available for Early Entry. The crowds were pretty low during our visit, which was wonderful for our family. One day, a few attractions were closed because of lighter crowds, but since we had already experienced everything the day before, it wasn’t a big deal for us.
One of our favorite unexpected finds was the theater in Trolls Village. It plays short clips from the shows, but it was also a great place to escape the heat. There were bean bags and benches, and we were able to sit in the air conditioning for about 30 minutes while the kids rested. There were only a couple of other families in there, so it was a great little hidden gem!
The kids also loved all of the Team Members throughout the park who had little games and activities where they could earn stickers. They had so much fun seeing how many stickers they could collect.
A few things we would recommend for other families: bring hats and plenty of sunscreen! There isn't a lot of shade throughout the park, and although there are plenty of benches, many of them are in the sun. We also loved the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines throughout the park because they made it incredibly easy to refill our water bottles.
Since there isn't currently an app like some of the other Universal parks, we asked Team Members about character appearances and Gabby dance times rather than relying only on the posted signs. Everyone we talked to was extremely helpful and gave us great information about when and where to find specific characters.
We even had a major technology/power issue during our visit that temporarily shut down almost the entire park, but the Team Members worked quickly to get everything back up and running. It didn't ruin our trip at all!
We had such a great time that we're already talking about having the grandparents take us back around Christmas instead of buying the kids a bunch of toys they don't need! 😂

I couldn't be happier with the wonderful 12 day trip that Carrie Chodzin helped plan and coordinate for our family of 7 adults to the Amalfi Coast and Rome, Italy. From the accommodations to the private transport to the various excursions, everything went smoothly. Although we are not frequent travelers, we were relaxed and able to enjoy every minute because of the hard work Carrie put in beforehand. She also handled a couple last minute changes, jumping right in to take care of whatever we needed. You can bet I'll work with Carrie again for our next vacation and I'm telling friends and family to give her a call for their travel needs also. Thank you Carrie!!

We would like to thank Carrie for all of her efforts in helping us plan this incredible vacation. We love how she gave us hotel options in each city that she found knowing what we like then we got to choose from that list. The hotels we stayed at were perfect for our family's needs and fit our exact "liking." She communicated well, offered up any assistance, and was there for us. Planning a 60th birthday celebration in Las Vegas for five people could have been overwhelming, but TNT Travel Mom with Vincent Vacations made the entire experience absolutely seamless!

From the very beginning, Amanda listened to exactly what I wanted and took care of all the details. She arranged our nonstop flights to and from Las Vegas, our accommodations at The Venetian and Palazzo, private check-in through the Prestige Package, airport transportation, and even helped us secure floor seats at the Sphere for the Eagles concert. Having everything handled through one travel professional was truly a lifesaver and saved me so many headaches.

When we arrived at the hotel and saw the very long lines for check-in, I was especially grateful that Amanda had arranged our private check-in. It was absolutely worth it! Having access to a private lounge with breakfast, snacks, and happy hour drinks was such a wonderful added touch.

We had five people traveling, with some staying at The Venetian and others at Palazzo, and having the two connected made everything so convenient. We also enjoyed access to the pools, dining, and happy hour options at both properties. There were so many pools to choose from, and having all those amenities available made the stay even more enjoyable.

Amanda also arranged our transportation to and from the airport, and every driver was professional and great at communicating with me throughout the trip. That extra level of coordination gave me peace of mind and allowed me to simply enjoy celebrating with my friends.

My only suggestion would be for the hotel to improve the appetizers offered in the lounge, but overall, the experience was amazing.

This trip was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish, and the best part was having no hassle and no stress. Amanda took care of the details so I could focus on celebrating my 60th birthday and making memories with my friends.

I will absolutely use TNT Travel Mom for every trip I take moving forward. She  has definitely earned my business!

Carrie really knows and loves Disney! She planned the best trip for us. We were taking our grandson for the first time. She explained lightning lanes, made restaurant reservations, and booked a great resort (the Art of Animation) with a Cars themed room that our grandson loved. And we did too. She helped us schedule our days giving us an itinerary on our phones. She took into account down time for us grandparents as well as the four year old. She scheduled the best times to go on each ride and see each show. She also suggested we go during the Festival of the Arts at Epcot which had delicious food and a nice extra for the adults. It would not have been such a great trip without all of Carrie’s work and planning for us.

Carrie was a fantastic travel advisor. She was available for questions and answered very quickly. She planned the perfect girls’ trip to London and Scotland with two of my lifelong friends. She suggested sites in London that were well beyond the usual places. She arranged wonderful tours in Scotland and found perfect lodging in Edinburgh that was right by the castle. She really is an expert! I loved the itinerary she provided us on our phones which allowed us to see every day’s sites plus the tickets attached so we could just pull them up in our phone. Made it so convenient. She even suggested adding in Belgium for a few extra days at the end of our trip and that turned out to be a great addition. Never would have thought about it without Carrie’s help and knowledge.

Our itinerary was somewhat complicated because we had a scheduled private WW2 resistance tour booked right in the middle of the trip she was planning for us. She worked around that schedule seamlessly and coordinated everything so that the different parts of our trip came together smoothly. She was patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable travel agent. We had never cruised before and Carrie booked an incredible cruise for us on Viking. She was so helpful in determining what was the best time of year for us to go and suggested adding on pre and post extensions in Prague and Amsterdam to make the most out of our trip. These turned out to be some of our favorite destinations on the trip. She knew when to book tickets for the Anne Frank house or they would have been sold out. We had difficulty checking in ahead of the flight so we contacted Carrie and she contacted both the airlines and Viking and straightened it all out for us. It was nice to have someone to do that for us. She’s great!

This was my second trip to NYC with Chastity Debro at Vincent Vacations, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful!
My first trip with Chastity was two years ago at Christmas, and it was such a great experience that I knew I wanted her to plan my second trip. This time, with girlfriends! She takes care of everything, from helping with the hotel and flights to giving great suggestions on things to see and do.
This time, she suggested several things I hadn’t done on my first trip, and every one of her suggestions was great! She really knows how to help you make the most of your trip.
Another thing I really appreciate about Chastity is that she is always available. Whether you have a question, run into a travel issue, or just need a suggestion, she is there to help.
I can honestly say that both of my NYC trips have been outstanding, and I would highly recommend Chastity and Vincent Vacations to anyone planning a trip. She makes everything so much easier and takes a lot of the stress out of traveling!
