Our multigenerational family trip to Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen was absolutely amazing from start to finish!

The resort itself is beautiful, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone was so kind and welcoming; our young adults even made friends with the event staff, which made the trip extra special for all of us. It felt like we were more than just guests.

We upgraded to the Preferred Club, and it was 100% worth it. The added amenities and service really elevated our stay. The food was incredible; honestly a 10/10! I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so much guacamole in my life… I had it at nearly every meal, even breakfast!

While the drinks weren’t our favorite, everything else far exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we made memories we’ll never forget.

Thank you for helping us plan such a special trip for our family; we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Amanda did an exceptional job helping me plan my first solo cruise. All the details from the air travel, pre hotel and letting me know of special promotions that Norwegian Cruise Line offered. The solo cabin was sufficient while small and the food was tasty every sitting. Looking forward to her helping me plan a solo trip to Japan next fall.

Travel has always been an important part of my life. Before I loved traveling personally, I loved hearing travel stories from my grandparents who traveled frequently. The precious souvenirs they brought back are some of my favorite gifts, because they always had great memories to go with them!

My travel love really started when I was able to join several groups for mission trips to Mexico and Brazil and then visit various countries with my husband! Since having children, we have enjoyed sharing the travel bug with them! What a blessing it is to see the world with my family! Our favorite family vacation was in 2021 to Hawaii. We had so much fun exploring Maui.

My favorite country to date is St. Lucia, where my husband and I spent our honeymoon. It is a beautiful island to explore. I love to help with honeymoons and Destination Weddings because it's such a special time in your life.

Over the years, one of my passions has been helping families make memories on Disney vacations. There are so many details that go into Disney planning from what restaurants to visit, how to use a Genie pass or planning your cruise activities and excursions. I love assisting clients in all the details and then seeing the magic unfold. A child seeing their favorite character for the first time is something special.

We really enjoyed our trip to Xcaret Arte booked through Becky Walters. This was our first all-inclusive so we had a lot of questions & she helped us through the process. The place was amazing! Becky Walters did a GREAT job planning this trip for us! We flew to Lima, Peru, then to Cusco for a few days, then hiked across the Andes mountains for 3 days, then trekked to Machu Picchu. This was by far the best trip I have ever been on and it went off without any issues!

Kelley helped us from start to finish with our recent vacation. My husband and I wanted a get away, and wanted and needed help deciding the location and choosing where to go. She took care of every detail from the flight, to car rental, even what to do once we got there. Kelley took care of EVERYTHING! We just had to show up. This resort is All Inclusive so we just picked where to eat our meals and were served with a smile. Room service was great too. They also have an ap for your phone to get info on what they offer. Our room had a Beautiful view of the Ocean and we could watch the sun set from our Balcony! I highly recommend Travel by Kelley at Vincent Vacations for all your vacation plans!

I had been looking to go on a Disney cruise for some time but the price was out of my budget.
Disney was my preference because they have dedicated spaces for the kids and tweens (no adults). They have activities and games the entire family can enjoy (no electronic devices!). There are so many activities and dedicated spaces just for adults too. The food....such a variety of good food. If you enjoy cocktails, I'd highly recommend taking the mixology class. No disappointment there.
Kelley Huff was able to find a cruise that was perfect for my family AND within my price range.
To top it off she was able to get a room upgrade with the most magnificent balcony view.
The kids really had fun dressing up for Marvel day at sea, the excursions at Grand Cayman, and parasailing at Castaway Cay (Disney's private island in the Bahamas).
This is the first vacation in years I can recall coming home actually relaxed and with a rested brain ready to go back to work.

Seriously, if you’re planning a destination wedding go with Kendell! We just got back from our wedding at Haven Riviera Maya, and it went so well! We debated even using a travel agent but she was so worth it! It felt like herding cats, but Kendell handled every single guest's travel, room bookings, and questions like a total pro. It took so much weight off our shoulders. She sent out detailed information to everyone before traveling and they loved it.

My family and I wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Krystal Hall at Vincent Vacations!!! She planned an amazing trip to Aruba for us. Unfortunately, on our flight there on 1/3, the air space was shut down and we were stuck in Houston. Krystal spent 6+ hours on the phone on hold for us with the vacation company on her day off and ended up getting us out the next day, extended our stay and then got us home after the Airlines canceled our flights coming home as well. We will never not use Krystal for our future vacations. She is the best! I've never had a travel agent be so responsive! She worked all weekend for us and kept us updated with all of the info we needed. She is also very knowledgeable about travel and works very quickly. There should be another Star to give her a 6 Star rating.

Booked Queen Mary 2 Trans-Atlantic crossing, departing Brooklyn October 31st., 2025, to Southampton November 7th., 2025, in Queens Grill. Thank you so much for your help in booking our trip to Germany and Poland! We had a great time and saw SO much. I thought I'd email you some thoughts and tips for other that may be looking at Munich and/or Warsaw as well as send some pictures.

Aloft Munich - This was a nice hotel and the employees were helpful and spoke good English. It was more Western in that there was air conditioning, wash cloths were provided and they had elevators. It was right across the street from the Central Train station, so easy to access public transportation. We walked most of the time and it was about a 20 minute walk to the Marionplatz. There were not a ton of more local German restaurants super close by, but we found a beer garden that we loved & was walking distance. It was recommended by one of our tour guides. It was called Augustiner-Keller and about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The only downside to the Aloft was that the bed was very firm. I know that is just personal preference so other people may appreciate that.

Castle Tour - This was a great tour with beautiful sights, especially driving through the countryside and seeing small Bavarian villages in the Alps. One thing to note, this tour has a lot of walking! There are stairs and at the Neuschwanstein Castle we walked from the castle back to the car park at the bottom of the hill to meet our bus. We did just fine, but it was a pretty strenuous walk downhill. If someone has mobility issues, this isn't a good tour for them. I will say having the tour guide that knows the ins and outs and make recommendations on what to do when was invaluable! Depending on our entrance to the castle, she recommended when and where to get lunch & how to get to the top of the hill. We got to see everything and didn't feel rushed. One good tip is to have cash with you! The food stand by the castle only accepted cash.

Bellotto Hotel - This was a great hotel, we really loved it! It was very comfortable and very close to Old Town and most of the sights we wanted to see.

Auschwitz Tour - We declined the express train option that was presented to us before the tour because we were afraid our time at Auschwitz would be shortened. If we did this tour again, we would choose the express train option. This was a very long day, but absolutely worth it. Once we arrived in Krakow, we had about 4 hours of free time before we had to meet for the bus to Auschwitz. This was nice, but less free time for a faster train would have been a good option. Once to Auschwitz we got to see everything, our guide was good and gave a lot of facts. There were so many guides and groups, but it was very well organized. In fact, the whole day was very organized; from being picked up at our hotel to being dropped off at the end of the day. I would recommend bringing water and snacks on this tour, we're glad we did.

After experiencing both countries, we've talked about how much more we enjoyed Poland than Germany. They were both great, but Poland was cleaner and cheaper. We stayed in touristy areas, but getting around without knowing the languages was not a problem. I'd say it's a bit trickier in Poland but not by too much. We were able to find English speakers and English menus as well.

We got back in town from Edinburgh last night following the great vacation you helped greatly to plan and coordinate, thanks again for all your help. The Hotel Indigo on Princes street is a great hotel and ideal location for exploring Edinburgh. The hotel is a very old building with very new accommodations. The restaurant has a great breakfast - either a traditional continental buffet or order off the menu for many other choices. Because we included breakfast in our reservation we were able to eat off both sides of the menu as much or as little as we wanted. Overall the hotel and restaurant staffs were great. The National Gallery is down Princes Street and well worth the short walk…..and there is no entry fee. Both the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tours and the main bus station, where the guided bus tours start, are located near St Andrews Square, which is a short walk from the Hotel Indigo - just around the corner and about 2 blocks away - another reason to stay at this particular hotel. The Hop-On-Hop-Off bus service is a great way to get around the city.
Hotel Indigo on Princes St is also directly across the street from Waverly Station, the main train station in Edinburgh. Our other guided tours were to be provided by Rabbi’s Tours. We highly recommend this company. They were prompt, friendly and the drivers were very knowledgeable. We opted for the Alnwick Castle and a separate highlands tour. The Alnwick castle tour was great - very well preserved castle (in fact the owning family lives there from October to April), but the tour only runs from April to October. The highland tour is very weather dependent - our cancelled due to extreme rain storms causing road and bridge closures. It was okay though because we filled the day with a walking tour of the city.

Krystal was nothing short of amazing!! She made planning my 35th birthday trip a breeze. She literally did all the leg work and Costa Rica was the BEST TRIP EVER!! I’ll definitely be booking my next trip with Krystal and I would highly recommend her services. Thank you again and I look forward to working with you in the future!

We had an amazing experience with our destination wedding trip to Puerto Vallarta. We especially loved the resort with its great views and terrific food/service. It was the best trip we have ever been on!

Lisa found exactly what we wanted for our trip and made everything smooth and easy. She responded to all of our questions promptly and gave us a lot of helpful tips and ideas as well. We were well prepared for our trip and had nothing go wrong in the process. She is great!

Lisa was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got to celebrate my parents' 40th anniversary in style. She was always available and replied quickly to our newbie cruiser questions. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding cruise lines and resources to make sure we took all the best excursions. We feel like we got more than we could have expected out of our Alaskan cruise with her guidance.

Lisa booked an anniversary trip to Hawaii for my wife and I. She booked the resorts, flights (including flights between islands) and rental cars. Lisa gave us an itinerary and all the needed information with suggestions on what to do and where to eat. We stayed 5 days in Kaanapali at the Royal Lahaina Resort and Bungalows. The bungalow was next to the golf course and Pacific Ocean and had a lanai. It was surrounded by beautiful flower gardens and big blooming trees. Lisa did an excellent job picking this location. We were on the beautiful North Kaanapali Beach with other beaches close by. Lisa also booked us an amazing luau dinner. Maui is a beautiful island with plenty of activities. Lisa also booked 3 nights at Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa on the Big Island. This resort was amazing with 2 large swimming pools, one with a waterfall and one with a 2-story waterslide. Our suite was large with a living room, bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies with ocean views. The Big Island has Volcanoes National Park and beautiful waterfalls. This was our 25th anniversary trip. Thank you Lisa for planning the most amazing trip for us!

Our group included 22 travelers, with 7 senior boys and their parents, and Planet Hollywood Cancun was the perfect resort for both teens and adults. The boys enjoyed deep sea fishing, golfing, and a cenotes excursion, and loved the nightly club scene with so many other kids their age.
