Leave downtown Sydney behind you as you cross over the Harbour Bridge on a scenic drive to the Blue Mountains, named after the distant bluish haze created by eucalyptus vapors. Traveling along the scenic Cliff Drive, marvel at its mesmerizing views over the Megalong Valley. Stop at Scenic World and experience the world’s steepest railway (optional) or walk along the valley-floor boardwalk under a towering canopy of tree ferns.

At Echo Point, find breathtaking vistas of the 3 Sisters soaring over Jamison Valley. Meet an Aboriginal Elder and visit the Waradah Aboriginal Center to celebrate Aboriginal culture through song, dance, and didgeridoo.

Enjoy the afternoon with a visit to Featherdale Wildlife Park. While there, take the rare opportunity to hand-feed kangaroos, encounter emus, and have a photo taken with a cuddly koala.
