Meet your local guide in the center of Cadiz, and then drive out of town and travel to the rolling terrain of the Marco de Jerez vineyards, regarded as some of the finest in Andalucía. In the country house of one of these world-class estates, enjoy a demonstration of the traditional processes used produce each bottle.

Once you understand the theory, culture, and heritage behind the production, it’s time to taste. Learn how to swirl, sniff, and sip wine to coax the flavors from the glass, and pick up tips on how to pair Sherries and Spanish wines with different types of food, most notably authentic regional tapas dishes.
