Spend a day on the wild roof of Thailand at Doi Inthanon National Park. Visit the sacred and tranquil Wat Phra That Si Chom Thong, charming Wachirathan Falls, the pagodas of Phra Mahathat Chedi Nophamethanidol and Phra Mahathat Noppholbhumisiri, and trek along Kew Mae Pan Nature Trail.

Begin your day with ease as you're picked up from your hotel and driven to Inthanon National Park, located south of Chiang Mai. Make a visit to Wat Phra That Si Chom Thong and explore holy relics and ancient Siamese treasures alongside gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains.

Continue your trip and marvel at the vistas of Doi Inthanon, the country’s highest mountain. At 8,514 feet (2,565 m), this roof of Thailand is home to over 383 species of birds and tropical wildlife. Take a take a breaking break at Wachirathan Waterfall before continuing your hike to the breathtaking pagodas of Phra Mahathat Chedi Nophamethanidol and Phra Mahathat Noppholbhumisiri, built in honor of King Bhumibol and Queen Sirikit.

Proceed along the Aang-Ka Trail (Michael's Trail) and visit the summit of Inthanon for amazing views of Thailand and a great photo-taking opportunity. Stop at a local restaurant for a delicious lunch. After your break, take a stretch and hike along the Kew Mae Pan Nature Trail over a span of 2 hours before making your way back to your Chiang Mai hotel.
