Description:
Enjoy a day of unadulterated fun surfing through the jungle canopy, speeding from platform to platform and taking in the incomparable Daintree Rainforest. Add either a kayak adventure or a jungle night walk to your experience, or better yet, combine all 3 for a jam-packed day in the jungle.
Start out at the Human Hamster Wheel, an eco-attentive solution to hoisting surfers up into the trees. After being lifted to your initial treetop platform, speed along 5 thrilling ziplines, some reaching as high as 65 feet (20 m) in the air. Friendly guides provide insight into the inner workings of the forest at each stop, and you can experiment with a variety of acrobatic poses to see the jungle from plenty of different perspectives.
Paddletrek Kayak Adventure
Serene, calming, and vibrant, this leisurely kayak trek exposes you to the area's charming tropical beaches, mangroves, and marine life. Glide along the Daintree coast and look out for turtles, sea eagles, dolphins, dugongs, stringrays, and even whales. No experience is necessary, so this is an excellent introduction to both kayaking and the rainforest's unique surroundings.
Jungle Night Walk
As the sun sets, the jungle comes alive with its nocturnal residents. Embrace your inner explorer and brave the rainforest's wilderness on a jungle night walk with your expert scientist-guide. Free from any technology but a flashlight, marvel at the fascinating furry, feathery, and scaly critters that you come across.
