Enjoy a tour of Kokoleka Lani farm, a sustainable cacao and coffee farm, and savor the flavors of Hawaiian chocolate. Get a glimpse of raw and roasted beans before sampling some culinary delights such as chocolate mousse.

With convenient hotel pickup, see a sustainable cacao and coffee farm. Visit a grove of cacao trees and watch as a ripe pod is sliced open to reveal the raw beans. Learn the process of cacao bean-to-cocoa transformation. Then test taste cacao in 3 forms: straight from the pod, just roasted, and the finished bar from local, small-batch chocolate makers like Madre Chocolate.

As an added bonus, farm co-owner Greg Colden leads your group through the Polynesian pod-style home and the soap factory where he shows how the cacao beans' chaff—winnowings—are used to make soap. Tantalize your taste buds with a variety of delicious culinary samples including chocolate mousse, Hawaiian drinking chocolate, as well as 100% Estate Grown Kona Coffee.
