Dive into this intimate dolphin encounter with a pool-side experience that promises a small-group setting for personally meeting your new finned friends. Touch and play with the attentive dolphins in the sheltered water before you participate in their feeding time.

Arrive at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort, put on the required safety equipment, and wade out into your dolphin’s warm-watered playpen. Swim about while expert dolphin trainers instruct you on how to greet, communicate, and pal around with the good-natured porpoises.

Post-introductions, feed your new-found friend an especially fishy lunch, or toss in treats as rewards for feats. Wanna-be-trainers can try their hand at the “dolphin dance,” a trick that spurs the dolphins to rise halfway out of the water to perform an oceanic moon-walk. Lap the pool together, then climb back on land to purchase personalized photos that can stand as testament to your truly surreal swim.
