Learn to use your scuba equipment and get used to breathing underwater in the shallows off of the charming Koloa Landing. After your personalized lesson, your certified instructor leads you on an underwater adventure, guiding you through pristine waters.
With depths that don't go beyond than 40-feet (12-m) deep, this is the perfect way to get your feet wet—swim safely and breathe easily while taking in the serene and captivating underwater world.

You must be prepared to self-certify your health levels before beginning the PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience. You must complete required PADI forms, when necessary.,

If you have back, neck, lower back, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.,
You must have good circulation and healthy, unblocked breathing.,
If you have heart problems, cold or congestion, epilepsy, asthma, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs you may not take part.,

Participants in any diving activities should wait a minimum of 18 hours after diving before flying on a plane, in compliance with recognized diving safety standards.,
