For legal weddings, you must obtain a marriage license from the State of Hawaii Department of Health. Both members of a couple must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid government-issued ID.,
If the ceremony is for a renewal of vows, no marriage license is necessary.,
Weddings scheduled on holidays are subject to an additional fee.,
