Description:
Enjoy the sport of clay shooting in the lush tropical setting of Kauai. With all the equipment and safety instruction provided, this experience at a 5-stand range will be a great highlight to your Hawaiian vacation.
Upon check-in, your attentive instructor meets you and helps get you situated. After signing a waiver, receive your shooting vest with nice padded shoulders and pockets full of ammo. Choose from the variety of safety eyewear and ear plugs and head out to the range.
The training station is your first stop. At this location, learn how to handle, load, aim, and shoot the shotgun. Then head off to the 5-stand course.
At this course, 8 traps in the field throw clay targets at different angles and trajectories, increasing in difficulty each time. Take your instructor’s advice and try your shot, then wait for each participant to take their turn.
