Description:

Nothing brings out the joy in animal lovers of all ages than an up-close encounter with attentive Pacific Bottlenose dolphins. Jump into the shallow end of the dolphin pool and delight in feeding the gentle mammals, learning hand signals to communicate, and watching their good-natured antics.

Expert marine trainers lead you to the shallow tank, where you can get comfortable sitting or kneeling in the water for an informative orientation to bottlenose dolphins. Learn about their behavior and biology, then follow along as the trainer demonstrates the hand signals they use to “talk” with the dolphins—these highly intelligent creatures are quick learners and eager to please.

Follow along as dolphins flip, twirl, and dive in the pool in response to the trainer's cues, rewarded each time with a handful of fishy treats. Before you leave, shake the dolphin's fin for a job well done and wave goodbye as they stand up on their tails and chatter a happy farewell.
