Description:
Leave the tourist beaches and crowds behind and head for the quiet idyllic spots that only the locals are privy to. Swim in the warm azure waters, snorkel to glimpse marine life, or simply flop on the white sands and take a break as the strains of daily life quickly ebb away.
The itinerary is really up to you and your guide. Let them know what your ideal time would be, and they find the spot. Conditions may vary across the island in any given day, so let your guide recommend the best areas to head to. With many hidden coves and hidden creeks to explore, there are seemingly limitless possibilities.
For those more energetic, swimming is available in the almost-sapphire waters; grab a snorkel and mask to glimpse the shoals of fish and myriad marine life on the sea bed. If take a breakation is what you seek, simply lie back on the quiet beach and unravel in the tranquil surroundings. As your guide is also a keen ornithologist you can also use binoculars to spot soaring birds native to the island and get help identifying them.
