Your experience begins with a safety briefing and an introduction to your paddle-boarding equipment. Learn basic movements and balancing techniques before you put theory into practice, following your instructor and wading out into the surf. Use your paddle for support and then enjoy a serene glide toward Malgrat Island. Admire the idyllic surroundings of Santa Ponsa Bay as you cruise.
Malgrat Island is a wonderful marine natural reserve. Here you have the chance to plunge into the glittering water, float on the surface with your head submerged, and take in the spectacular underwater world beneath.
