Description:
Try something new on the sandy shores of Kaanapali Beach. A skimboarding lesson with a professional instructor teaches you the basic of skimming as well as how to read waves and ocean conditions to pick the perfect break for your skill level.
Meet your instructor on the beach and get paired with a board suitable for your size and skill level. On the beach, learn how to read the ocean and choose the perfect wave as it rolls onto the sloping sand beneath your toes. Your knowledgeable instructor has many years of experience and has competed internationally on the United Skim Tour—ensuring you are in the best of hands.
If you are beginner, learn basic maneuvering skills or if you are a seasoned skimmer, join a lesson to learn new tricks or fine-tune your technique. With your board in hand, make a run for the waves and prepare to jump on your board and glide across the sand into the consistent breaks of the Pacific Ocean.
