Description:

Experience one of southern Tasmania's must-see attractions, the Tahune Airwalk. Take in breathtaking views of the forest canopy and walk along a swinging bridge. Then visit Hastings Cave to see incredible formations and thermal pools.

Begin your tour with a ride to the town of Kingston. Look out for spectacular views of the Derwent River along the way. Head deep into the Australian bushland and arrive at the Tahune Forest Airwalk. Choose your own trail, depending on your experience level, and enjoy a delightful forest walk. Stroll along a suspended walkway, 65 feet (20 m) in the air, and marvel at the Huon River beneath you.

Walk on swinging bridges across the Huon and Picton rivers and enjoy some great photo opportunities before leaving for Hastings Cave. Here, explore spectacular subterranean formations, including flowstone, stalactites, stalagmites, and many more, with your expert guide. Change into your swimsuit if you feel like a soothing dip in the warm thermal springs. Afterward, continue your tour to the underground Dolomite Cave to admire its chambers and maybe even meet a cave-dwelling creature or two.
