Description:

Make one of Japan's most iconic cuisines during this 5-hour sushi lesson. Get acquainted with your instructor over a cup of green tea. Then prepare up to 4 different types of sushi with guidance from your knowledgeable culinary guru and dine on the delectable results.

Upon your arrival, meet your instructor and chat over a cup of green tea. Experience your food in a new way as you are guided to touch, smell, and sample your ingredients. Your instructor explains the important characteristics of each ingredient and how to use them.

Continue on to make inari sushi and nori, inside-out, and cone-shaped rolls. Follow your experienced instructor's demonstration and learn the traditional methods. After all your hard work, sit down to feast on your delicious results.
