The night begins with a buffet-style candlelit dinner, featuring your choice of salad, Asian-style short ribs, pan-seared chicken, and vegetarian options like Tuscan pasta. For dessert, indulge in decadent tasting trio of malt ball mousse, chocolate fudge cake, and mini apple crisp.

Visit one of several full-service bars for your cocktail of choice and climb up to the open-air rooftop deck for a view of downtown and the U.S.S. Battleship Wisconsin. Point your camera at the ever-changing waterfront scene as the vessel weaves through the many inlets and passes several naval piers along the Elizabeth River.
