Description:
A luxurious 4-deck vessel takes you on a cruise along the Waikiki coastline in search of Pacific humpback whales. Spot them playing in the water from one of the ship's walk-around decks or join in on a conversation with an onboard naturalist, sharing their knowledge on whale behavior.
The majestic whales that migrate from Alaska during the winter months and give birth in the warm Hawaiian waters give the islands their reputation as a whale-watching mecca. With up to 3,000 whales that all have made the 3,000-mile (4,828-km) voyage, you won't have to journey far off shore to watch these majestic animals.
Lunch is served as you cruise along the coastline. Feast on a tasty Hawaiian buffet that includes items like a roast beef carving station and local favorites like teriyaki chicken, citrus miso glazed fish, fresh salad, and others. A complete dessert and coffee station are available to complete your meal.
Insights from the naturalist crew, video presentations, and hands-on educational programs are all part of the informative cruise. When you are not out on the deck spotting whales, take part in some Hawaiian cultural activities, from lei making to hula and ukulele lessons.
