Spend the day preparing a 3-course meal with a professional chef on an authentic Tuscan farm. Choose your ingredients from the vegetable patch and explore the wine cellar to select your perfect wine pairing, and create a meal from scratch based on seasonality and traditional Tuscan rules.
Your day starts in Rome, where a representative waits to guide you to the train. After a 90-minute ride into the striking landscape of Tuscany, meet the owner of a local farmhouse who will be your host for the day. Feel like you're stepping into a Tuscan postcard as she brings you to her home.
Next, it's time to create a 3-course meal using ingredients dependent on the season, led by the villa's owner or a professional chef, with hand-rolled pasta made from scratch and a decadent Italian dessert. As part of a small group of 12 people or fewer, you don't need to compete for your host's attention and your day promises to be fun, attentive, and take a breaked.
Enjoy lunch out on the terrace, take a tour of the cellar, and explore the vineyards and vegetable patches. Your hosts are happy to invite you into their home for the afternoon, so take a break and make it your own.
