Upon arrival at the restaurant and tasting room near the Louvre, you’re greeted with a glass of Grand cru champagne and led to a private dining room. Sip on this fine flute of bubbly, working up an appetite as an expert sommelier welcomes you and offers some insight into how champagne is made and what makes it special.

Over the course of the meal, 3 delicious dishes featuring fresh-from-the-market produce are served. The menu changes weekly based on seasonal ingredients, and each course is matched with a generous pour of a perfectly paired wine.
