Meet your small group of no more than 8 eager bakers at a private Parisian apartment in the city center and learn from an expert chef how to go about creating these little masterpieces. Although they look difficult with their delicate meringue shells, it’s incredible what you can produce with the help of a good instructor. Start by making the 2 meringue shells and sandwich them together with a sweet ganache filling to create the perfect macaron.

Your group chooses 2 flavors from a choice of chocolate, lemon, raspberry with tonka bean, coconut with chocolate, and coffee. All equipment and protective wear is provided, leaving you free to get creative and whip up some impressive multi-hued treats. And the cherry on top?
