Soar above the Peron Peninsula and land at Hamelin Station for a stromatolite explorey in charming Hamelin Bay. On your return flight, fly over the fabulous Nanga Resort and Shell Beach.

Begin your adventure at Shark Bay airport. Hop aboard your flight and be transported to Hamelin Station. Along the way, soak in the sights of Peron Peninsula while your pilot gives you informative insight on the region. Then get a glimpse of the shallow waters of the Faure Sill and the seagrass beds of Wooramel as you try to spot aquatic life such as dolphins, dugongs, and seals.

Upon arrival, join your guide as you explore the stromatolites. Hamelin Bay is one of only 2 places in the world where living stromatolites still exist. Next, explore the Shell Block Quarry, home to the Hamelin Cockle—a shell species that lives in such a solid mass that they are able to be cut into blocks.
